Carefully place the jewelry in its original signature WWAKE packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transit.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our studio receives and inspects the item for pristine condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
